About the Author:

Mukunda Stiles is the author of Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy, Structural Yoga Therapy, and the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, and editor of seven books on Ayurveda. His teachings are strongly influenced by his teacher, Baba Muktananda. Mukunda trains spiritual mentors with Joan Borysenko who featured his insights in her book Your Soul’s Compass: What Is Spiritual Guidance? He serves on the board of advisors for the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
