The Dhamma-Cakka-Pavattana Sutta

Buddhism is considered by many to be more than a religion.  Its founder and teacher, Siddhartha Gautama (later known as the Lord Buddha), was the earthly saint who postualted the Buddhist ideas. 

The Dhamma-Chakka-Pavattana Sutta is a translation of Lord Buddha's original sermon spoken to a gathering at Sarnath just outside Varanasi.  Devoid of superfluous issues, it gives the original Pali scriptures in parallel.
