It take on average 7- 21 days from the time of placing your order to receive it. Smaller orders are sent via registered air mail and take 1-2 weeks to reach most locations worldwide. Larger orders are despatched via courier (with exception of a few countries) and reach within 7 working days.

Note: As we are providing titles from many smaller publishers and ashramas, sometimes a portion of your order might be delayed and our customer support team will inform you accordingly. We do our best to ensure you get your books ASAP.

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Amex, JCB) as well as major debit cards too (Delta, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron). For debit card payments we require you to use Brittish Pounds as your payment currency on the payment screen.

We also gladly accept Paypal payments. Paypal gives a broad option of payments such as Paypal accounts, bank account transfer, cheques and all major cards too.

For customers without any of the above facilities, we can accept bank deposits too. Please enquire with our support team for more information.

We can ship to any country that has a postal service. All orders are despatched directly from our offices in India to your postal address so shipping is available worldwide. We send books via the India Post using registered airmail parcels. If you wish to order in excess of 100kg of books we can arrange shipping by air or sea cargo for you too.

Your wishlist is a list of books that you would like to buy but are not yet ready to purchase. This is a feature available for registered Vedic Books customers and when you find a product you like, you have the option to add it to your "wishlist". This is an easy way to keep track of products you would like to buy at Vedic Books. You can also send your wishlist to a friend perhaps a week or so before your birthday or wedding aniversary!

We will gladly refund you in full for any product you may purchase from Vedic Books that you are not completely happy with. Simply contact our customer care department and they will advise you how to return your product. Once received we will refund your card in full. In the case of you returning part of an order, we will refund you for the items returned. Simple as that!

We have access to many thousands of titles from India's leading publishers, simply send a mail to our Customer Care Team and we will let you know within a few days if the book or books on the subject matter you are interested in, is available.

Yes of course we do! You can purchase various denominations of Gift Vouchers from Vedic Books. Simply visit our Gift Voucher aisle and add them to your shopping cart!

Once you have completed payment, you will receive your gift voucher as a credit balance in your account where upon you can e-mail the voucher to a person of your choosing.

At the moment we don’t but it’s coming very soon! You can subscribe to the newsletter and we will announce when it’s ready.

You can go http://forgotpassword.vedicbooks.net and you will be issued with a new temporary password via Email. Login with this password and reset your password as you wish.

Simply visit the Gift Voucher Aisle and add your selected voucher(s) to your shopping cart. NB: It is a good idea if purchasing vouchers to purchase them independatly and not to combine a Gift Voucher Purchase with the purchasing of any physical items such as books.

Once you've completed your order and we have processed your payment we will activate your Gift Voucher and you will receive an e-mail confirming this. You can then login to your account and in your shopping cart you will see your Gift Voucher value. You can now send vouchers to friends and family using the Send Voucher link.

Once you've purchased your Gift Voucher and the balance is in your Vedic Books account, simply option to Send Voucher and enter the name and e-mail of the person who is to receive the voucher. Once this form is completed an eVoucher with a special Gift Voucher code will be sent to your friend. You can add a custom message for example a birthday or aniversary greeting.

Once you've received your gift voucher, the funds will show in your Gift Voucher Account and you can use those funds to purchase other items in our store. At the checkout stage, an extra tick box will appear in the section under Gift Vouchers and Discount Coupons. Selecting this tick box will apply those funds in your Gift Voucher Account. Please note: You will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Gift Voucher Account to cover the cost of your purchase. If you have more funds in your Gift Voucher Account than the total cost of your purchase the balance will be left in you Gift Voucher Account for future purchases.

If you receive a Gift Voucher by email it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Voucher, along with possibly a short message from them. The Email will also contain the Gift Voucher Number. You can now redeem the Gift Voucher in two ways:

1. By clicking on the link contained within the email for this express purpose. This will take you to the store's Redeem Voucher page. you will the be requested to create an account, before the Gift Voucher is validated and placed in your Gift Voucher Account ready for you to spend it on whatever you want.

2. During the checkout procces, on the same page that you select a payment method there will be a box to enter a Redeem Code. Enter the code here, and click the redeem button. The code will be validated and added to your Gift Voucher account. You Can then use the amount to purchase any item from our store.
