I just started using this book and am already feeling the amuch better and my weight is beginning to shed off. I have bought copies for my friends and sisters and can't wait to hear their response on them., So far am loving this book.

My mum got this book years ago when she was in India and she went from a size 20 to a size 14 using all of the information and exercises contained in this book. Years later, I was also to use the same book when I went visiting. Having nothing to do, I went from a healthy size 10/12 to a size 18. Within months of using this book, I went back to my previous size. During a move, we lost the book and mum and I have been searching for ways to get it, so you can imagine my delight to have discovered it once again. I am about to purchase 2 copies for myself and her, as over the last year two we've gained a few more pounds. I recommend this book to anyone who is looking to loose weight in a health way.
