This book will serve as a guide to beginners as well as the practitioners of aromatherapy, whether for skin, hair and beauty care or in the field of health care and healing practices.

The first section covers in detail a wide range of essential and carrier oils and their therapeutic properties. Special emphasis has been put to cover the methods of use, blending of oils and methods of application. 

Second section has been created to cover different body parts, from head to toe, covering problems, causes and aromatherapy formulations for the same. 

Last section covers treatments for common health problems and Chakra workout with essential oils; followed by ready reference charts.
