About the Author:

N.Krishnaswamy was born in Bangalore in 1926. He went to school and college in Bangalore and obtained a master’s degree in physics in Central College, Bangalore. From his school days Krishnaswamy came in touch with the Ramakrishna-Vivekananda movement and the Gandhian perspective.

After pursuing a 34 year career of teaching and research and development in Bangalore, Madras and Delhi, he retired from the College of Military Engineering in Puna, as Professor of Applied Science in 1982. Thereafter he is engaged in social work. His bhajan programmes have taken him on five tours abroad.

Now he engages in writing also, Gandhi Centre of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan published his latest book Mahatma, the Sage of the Scientific Age. Jayadev Bhai of Paunar Ashram helped him to write Hundred Facets of Vinoba. Krishnaswamy is a bachelor.
