Shri K.L.Sharma, M.A. in public Administration, was the Laision Officer of the 15th batch of the Kailesh-Mansarovar yatra in 2000. He is presently posted as Under Secretary in theDepartment of Food and Public Distribution, Govt. of India, New Delhi. He has served in various positions and has travelled extensively. He has done a number of high-altitude treks in Kumaon, Garhwal, Himachal Pradesh and J & K.
