About the Authors:
Minoo H. Parabia, Fellow of Indian Association of Angiosperm Tax-onomy, Indian Ecological Society, Ethnobotanical Society of India, has been teaching as a Professor at the Department of Biosciences, South Gujarat University, Surat. He has a vast teaching and research experience extending over three decades. He has established a strong school of medicinal plant research.
Farzin M. Parabia, a young and dynamic researcher has specialization in Phytochemistry and Pharmacognosy with First Class academic credentials. Presently, working as a Research Associate in a DST sponsored project on Standardization of Herbal Antimalarial Drug.
Yogesh T. Jasrai, a fellow of Indian Botanical Society, has been teaching various aspects of plant science for over seventeen years in the Department of Botany, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. He was also conferred a prestigious Professor Hiralal Chakravarty Award in Botany (2001). He has to his credit more than 50 research papers in reputed journals and 3 books. Since 1999, Dr. Jasrai has been working as a Professor of Botany. He is also a Co-ordinator of B.Sc. Environmental Science Programme.
