About the Author:

Swami Suddhananda founded the Samvit Sagar Trust, Foundation for Self Knowledge in 1983 in Chennai. This institution was established especially for the purpose of imparting knowledge of the Self. Swamiji’s teaching is based on Vedantic tradition which is relevent to todays’s man also in facing the challenges of life. In 1995 the Ashkara Educational Trust was formed to perpetuate this form of teaching in a series of schools to be established throughout India.

Swami Suddhananda is widely travelled and makes frequent tours abroad to the United States, Cananda, Engaland, the West Indies, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand to give lectures. He is also invited by the Universities in India and Abroad to conduct Courses and workshops.
