About the Author:

Eilean Bentley is trained in Indian head massage, shiatsu, reiki, acupressure and shamanism, and has combined elements of these disciplines in her unique approach. She teaches her skills in adult education centres around London, and uses them to treat patients in the detox unit of a National Health Service hospital.
