Tantra has perfected the techniques for improving the health in a composite manner. Mantras and Yantras are very powerful weapons in the armory of Tantra. This work is a powerful presentation, the first of its kind, of the principles of healing the body, mind and the spirit through the techniques of Tantra.

Modern life is full of stress and strain. We are always in a hurry and hence always in search for instant cure and due to this take drugs which may rid the symptoms of disease instantly but harm the body. Insomnia, blood pressure, disturbance of sugar balance is but only some effects of this indiscriminate use of drugs. The basic reason of the frequent appearance of disease lies in our artificial or unnatural way of living. We do everything to go against nature and neglect the vital inner healing powers provided to us by nature.

Tantra, Yantra and Mantra are techniques designed foe cultivating inner latent power of resistance of body and mind. We, therefore, wonder when experts in the field talk of supernatural and superhuman powers. Superior powers invoke wonder because we are ignorant of them.

Mantras and Yantras are very powerful weapons in the armory of Tantra for bringing about highest form of human health and for cultivating powers, which can bring about wonderful results.
