He has also written on Vedic Astrology, Tantra and Vedas.
Sundra Summerfield Koazk : (Mahasarasvati) is an internationally celebrated yoga teacher. Sandra is currently the Director of International Yoga Studies and the President of Light Transitions Tapes.

While the author is scholarly, and his recommendations are fine for the pure types, there are no suggestions for the majority of people who are combination types, such as kapha-pitta. An email question on this subject to the authors was never answered. So I feel the book is fine in theory but not in practice.
