A lecturer who had a flair for writing in the field of Gourmet, Diet and Nutrition have culminated in the writing of twenty books on gourmet, quiz, nutrition and diet and also earned her an M.Phil. And Ph.D. Degrees. She was a regular freelance writer for the Diet file column in Femina and also for Times of India supplements. She was a Nutrition Consultant for the Femina’s cookery section for 8 long years. Presently she conducts Workshops on Diet and Nutrition for various ailments at her diet FIT Centre in Mumbai.
