About the Author:

Dr. Arun Kumar Singh, Prof. and former Head of the Department Psychology, Patna University, Patna is activity involved in research and has successfully guided a number of Ph.D scholars in the last forty-one years. He has also served as Director, Institute of Psychological Research and Services, Patna University. He has also contributed widely to different leading journals in various areas of Psychology such as Research Methodology, Psychological Measurement, Clinical Psychology, Personality and Experimental Psychology. He has developed fourteen very popular Standardized Psychological tests for assessing different dimensions of cognition and personality. He has also served as principal supervisor and guide to tow U.G.C. postdoctoral research projects: (a) Positive mental health and urban children, (b) Self-control, achievement and moral values among rural and urban children. He has also served as Director and Course Cordinator of Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Development being run at the P.G.Dept of Psychology, Patna University. He is also members of several professional organizations.
