Though the material contained in the book is indeed one of a kind yet it needs a lot of editing and revisions and some additions.
Firstly the author neglects to mention a number of aspects (e.g. Semi sextile).
Secondly there are a lot of mistakes in spellings.
Third the author neglects to classify which aspects are harmonious and inharmonious.
Fourth where planets have a friendly relation (e.g. Saturn and Mercury) the author does not mention that inharmonious effects may produce some positive changes.
Fifth it is accepted that inharmonious aspects such as Square and Oppositions create difficulties but also build the character of a person by facing adversities and winning.
Sixth retrograde planets are given a special strength called CHESTA BAL in Vedic astrolgy.It is part of Shadbala and the supposition that benefics give less and malefics become more malefic is not always correct. I have observed the opposite in real life and charts.This point is need of more research and is not so simple to write off.
There are a number of other points which I personally found to be unsatisfactory. However for summarizing effects of aspects in general its an acceptable book.
