ARTHUR OSBORNE attained a deep understanding of Ramana's teachings both intellectually and spiritually and from that time until his death in 1970 he was unswerving in his devotion. Amongest his writings while he lived tiruvannamalai are 'Ramana Maharshi and the Path of Self Knowledge,' edited 'The Collected Works of Ramana Maharshi' and was founder-editor of the Ashrama Periodical 'The Mountain Path' which first came out in 1963. These publications have had a great influence and have been instrumental in spreading Ramana's teachings around the world.
