He was born at Saugar M.P. on 1st July 1926. He passed the M.Sc. examination in applied mathematics from the universtiy of Saugar in 1949. Interestingly he also holds a diploma in Homoeopathy and Biochemistry 1971. He joined the Madhya Pradesh State Educational service in 1951 and served various Government Colleges in various capacities till his retirement in 1984 as Principal of the Govt. P.G. College Chhindwara.
