Man has never looked at himself. He thinks he has but is unaware that he sees only through the eyes of others. If he can totally still his mind he can see himself through the eyes of his soul. Thus the Upanisadic journey is from a state of 'I', to a human being and finally to a state of being. This book attempts to demystify the Upanisads so that anyone can understand and take the journey within.
