This previously unpublished Tantra is significant in that  it belongs to what some call the "prohibitive" class, meaning that it belongs to and has been operative in another Age (kalpa) and not in the present. 

The Tantra is particularly interesting as it deals with the vexed subject of the existence or non-existence of Pashubhava in the Kaliyuga and the ritual use of the panchatattva.

This book is in Sanskrit with English translation.
