About the Author:
Major-General Sri A.N. Sharmaji has always been very dear to His Holiness Sri Swami Sivanandaji Maharaj, as an example of servicefulness, kindness and goodness. Now he has retired from service in the Army but his services to the poor and the sick continue even now, with the same earnestness of spirit, at his secluded abode in Dadh, in the Kangra Valley. Gen Sharmaji is accessible to patients at any time.
