An attempt is made in this book to highlight the glorious thoughts contained in the Upanishads and help the reader and, through him the community at large, rise to the higher planes of the Vedic thought, away from speculative religion.

About the Author:

ANANTHACHARYA CHAKRAVARTI is a renowned scholar of Sanskrit and has studied Vedanta, Tarka (Logic) and Sahitya (Literature) in depth. He has been delivering lectures on Upanishads, Brahma-Sutras, the Gita and Patanjali Yoga Sutras at various fora for the last thirty years or so. He is the recipient of honours from Kanchi Kamakoti Peetam and the Govt. of Karnataka, amongst others.
