Since ages, children have been told tales of Akbar and Birbal. Akbar was a Mughal Emperor, who had nine, jewels to adorn his court. Birbal was one of them. Son of a poor Brahman of Tikavanpur, he gained the king's favour with his wisdom, wit and valuable advice. Many of the exchanges between Akbar and Birbal have been recorded and circulated as tales. Here are some of those stories that would surely make the young learners desire for more.
