Bisht who retired as Head of the conservation laboratory of the National Museum, New Delhi, and is one of the senior most archaeological chemists in the country. Kamal K. Jain, is well known professional in the field of conversation of cultural heritage. Presently he is serving as a Dean (Academic Affairs) and Head of the Department of Conservation at National Museum Institute, New Delhi. Prior to joining NMI, Prof. Jain Served as junior Scientific Officer, Senior Scientific Officer and Finally as project officer at National Research Laboratory for Conservation of Cultural Property (NRLC), Lucknow, a premier institution devoted conservation cultural Heritage.
