About the Author:
Dr. H.L. Sharma is Associate Professor of Statistics in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, J.N. Agricultural University, Adhartal, Jabalpur (M.P.) where he has been since 1983.
Dr. Sharma received his Ph.D. in Statistics from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, a well known Central University. In the year 1988. He has been one year in the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia (USA) during 1990-92 as a Post Doctoral Fellow of the Rockefeller Foundation of his paper in the International Conference of Population Association of America, Chicago (USA) during April 2-4, 1998. He has published about 40 research papers in different disciplines in the National and International Journals of repute.
