VIJAY KUMAR MATHUR, art historian, is M.A.; Ph.D. in History. He has been working in National Museum, New Delhi. He is the author of 'Indian Art', 'Art and Culture under the Sungas', and 'Marvels of Kishangarh Paintings.'
