This is yet another thriller from the author well reputed in Sai circles who was destined to bring the great good news of the advent of the Avatar for the first time into the western world, Howard Murphet, the author of Sai Baba – Man of Miracles. Perhaps after doing the initial task of introducing and convincing his readers about the being of Sathya Sai Baba through his earlier publications, now Murphet is venturing his readers into a new phase where he prompts them to look inward – conveniently and convincingly he calls it ‘Home’ – where he assures us to find the spark of that Divine Being about whom he talked a lot through his publications.
In a preface to this book author pauses a genuine question - where does our homeward journey begin after having many life times on planet earth? Perhaps he has a point to communicate from his rich experience as a celebrate author and ardent devotee of Avatar of Age – Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba.
This book definitely has the touch of an autobiography, but it is not. Murphet has carefully selected those memoris, personalities and incidents that wove sequentially, what he believed ‘his homeward journey’ right from the days of innocent childhood wherefrom he drew his memory line.
