About the Author:
Dr. A.R.V. Murthyis a graduate of Mysore University from Udupi Ayurveda College and has completed his post graduate in Kayachikitsa from the prestigious Banaras Hindu University. He is a doctorate from the R.S. Vidyapeetha, Tirupati. He has worked as Principal and Superintendent of Gomantak Ayurveda College. His main researches involve Ayurvedic Psychotherapy.
