The Balvihar Book of Prayers and Their Explanations

Prayer, they say, is the food of the soul.   And it is as important to nourish the spirit as it is to feed the body.  These selected prayers with exhaustive meanings and explanations will be a great help to all those who have felt, "I love this prayer, but what does it mean?"  While many of these prayers and their explanations have appeared earlier in the pages of the Bal Vihar, you will find new additions as well. 

Most of the explanations, are by Brni Vividisha, and are our tribute to Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda, who believed that prayer was as important as breathing.
